Mr Herrera has extensive legal knowledge and long years of experience, particularly in the areas of international corporate law and private banking. He is further specialised in imports to and exports from the European Union, including international transport, shipping financing and vessel registration. He has advised numerous international clients in the establishment and operation of import and distribution structures, including intellectual property protection.
