Mr Šebesta gained his extensive legal experience with the provision of consultancy services to foreign investors in various legal areas, such as corporate, real estate, tax and international private law. Mr Šebesta further provides expertise in the areas of “green-field” and “brownfield” projects, including the structuring of investments, construction and licensing issues, and the settlement of legal disputes. Mr Šebesta further focuses on international transport, insurance law and the structuring of holding companies.
